A volunteer sign-up sheet with the shifts already filled in — people add their name and contact, not the schedule. Print it for a clipboard, or share the sheet and let people type into it.

CSV opens directly in Excel. For Google Sheets, "Copy for Google Sheets" then paste into cell A1 — or import the CSV (File → Import → Upload). The builder lets you edit rows and re-export. Free, no signup.
